Training to become a weekend Lector at Good Shepherd will take place on Monday, May 19, 7-9 pm, on Tuesday, May 27, 7-9- pm or Sunday, June 1, 1:30-3:30 pm. Requirements to be a Lector: -Fully Initiated Catholic (having received the Sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation). -Be respectful of Catholic Church teaching -A practicing member of Good Shepherd parish, attending Mass regularly.

On May 24–25, the Haiti Outreach Ministry will appeal for donations to support Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Lafond, Haiti. Father Rousseau has identified three priority needs, all focused on sustainable livestock programs. Funds will help purchase 30 goats, up to 10 cows, and bulk chicken feed with vitamins to support the parish poultry project. The feed will be sold to local farmers, with profits helping to feed the parish's own chickens. Click title for more details!
