Good News Outreach

Good News Outreach strives to live Gospel values by providing many different programs that serve the needs of the poor.

• Elder Services provides for the elderly
• Food Distribution provides food for the hungry
• Mercy House is a re-entry program for men recently released from prison
• Maryland Crossing and Mission Oaks provide housing to the homeless

At least 20% of children in this county continue to be food insecure. That means: whether they will receive their next meal is uncertain.
 
This problem is even worse in the summer for kids whose one sure meal during the week has been the free lunch at school.
