What is Game Plan?
Game Plan is a nationally recognized curriculum that has been shown to be a highly effective tool for helping teens make wise, responsible decisions for their future by choosing abstinence until marriage.
Game Plan is presented in an interactive, positive, energetic, sports themed format that helps students discover for themselves that abstinence until marriage is the safest, healthiest lifestyle.
This program is a foundation for teaching Theology of the Body in a manner that teens can understand. Our goal is to meet the kids where they are, through activities, games, and skits with tools they can use to walk chastely through the teenage years.
All parents of the parish and community, not just those with teens attending Game Plan, are invited to a “Parents Only” discussion on July 28th with Mario Sacasa, MS/Ed.S and Mary Ballard, MSW. View information on the Parents Program.
Although Game Plan is not a parent/child program, we welcome parents and invite you to listen in on one or all of the Monday night sessions to hear first hand what your child is experiencing through the Game Plan program.
Parents are also welcome to join us for dinner at 6:30 each night. Please just let us know when you register if you will be eating with us for planning purposes.
Game Plan is arranged so that each chapter builds upon the next, with no chapter being more or less important than the others. We recommend that the kids join us for all three sessions to take advantage of the full message and understanding. If you would like to see the book they will be using, please feel free to call Barbra Crumpacker at 906-0819 or email her at bcrumpacker@hotmail.com and we will arrange to get you a copy to review.
