  Stewardship Appreciation Dinner
  
  In response to suggestions by parishioners, we have changed the date for our Parish Appreciation Dinner from June to February. Since the end of the year is filled with banquets and other events, we chose this quieter time of year to plan a dinner for all who serve family, parish community and wider community.
  
  You must register for the dinner by calling the parish office or by e-mailing Pat Beckett, beckettp@gs.ptdiocese.org by January 30. Adult parishioners are invited as well as children 10 and older who serve in a parish ministry.
  
  There is limited babysitting for younger children. Contact Rene at 893-3437 to reserve a space.
  
  Bring your own place setting to support our efforts to reduce paper waste in our parish.

  St. Valentine's Day Dinner, Dance and Social
  
  A delicious barbecue dinner will be served. Tea, soft drinks, beer and wine will be available. Music will be provided by a DJ.
  
  Couples: $25 Individual: $15
  Tickets on sale following Masses.

• February 11th and 12th
  World Marriage Day Celebration
  Reception after 12 Noon Mass
  
  On February 11th and 12th,  Good Shepherd is celebrating World Marriage Day, a day that celebrates the beauty and sanctity of married love and the faithfulness, sacrifice and joy in daily married life.  In celebration of this day, there will be a blessing for married couples at each Mass.
  
  A special celebration with wedding cake and punch will be held after the 12 Noon Mass.  Couples are invited to bring a wedding picture with their names and years of marriage on a card.  The pictures will be displayed on a table at the “reception.” Please contact Pat Beckett, 893-1837 or beckettp@gs.ptdiocese.org if you can help with the reception or at one of the Masses.
